A 4,948 sf former warehouse (circa 1937) converted to offices for an architecture firm in the CBD. Featuring a large, open studio, loft, conference room, foyer, and back-of-house spaces. Modern materials and numerous custom details (including furniture) complement historic brick walls, wood joists, concrete slab floor, and multi-pane steel windows for a truly industrial, downtown feel. The location has some private off-street parking. Winner of AIA New Orleans and Gulf States Region design awards.
