1) The Crew & Resources database is intended as a resource for LOCAL film industry professionals. ONLY listings with a Louisiana address will be considered. Please understand that your listing may be available via internet search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

2) You are encouraged to update your listing as often as necessary. To update your listing, simply re-submit a new listing and your old listing will be deleted once your new listing is approved.

2) Do NOT "cut and paste" from another website into the fields below. This causes an error that scrambles the entire application, making it impossible for us to contact you or approve your listing.

3) Do not use all capital letters. Your listing will be edited or completely deleted.

4) Please make sure to include a contact NAME. Projects should know who they are contacting. Listing will be deleted if there is no name associated with the business.

5) Do not try to artificially promote your listing by including numbers or letters, such as "AAA" or "1", before your or your company's name. These listings will be edited or deleted.

6) Descriptions must be limited to no more than 100 words. Resumes should not be "cut and pasted" into the description box. Messy descriptions may be edited, deleted, or cause the entire listing to be deleted.

7) Please carefully select up to three categories before submitting your listing. Listings that are submitted without selected categories may be deleted.

8) Please understand that this is one of several freely available listings for you and your business, and is not intended to be your only online presence. You are encouraged to create a website to more fully detail the offerings of you or your business. You may also create a free listing on the State Film Commission's website at www.lafilm.org.

9) You may appeal any decision made regarding your listing as well as request the removal of your listing. Please submit appeals/requests in writing via email to kagunnell@cityofno.com.
