As of July 1, 2009 the lobbying efforts were successful in increasing production tax credits for the State of Louisiana.
Summary:
- 30% Transferable Tax Credit
- Additional 5% for In-State Labor
- 85% State Buyback of the Face Value of the Credits.
- Minimum $300,000 In-State Spend
- Effective July 1, 2009
- No Sunset Dates on the Program
